Meet the Staff
Elizabeth
Ever since I had braces at the age of 13, I developed an interest in orthodontics. After graduating from James Madison University in 2010 with a pre-dental concentration, I became a member of the clinical staff. Ultimately, I would like to become an orthodontist. Our doctors, team and patients create a fun atmosphere, and I always look forward to catching up with patients. It’s very satisfying for me to know I’ve had a part in creating their gorgeous smiles. In my free time, I like being with friends and family. My hobbies are photography, taking Zumba dance classes and reading.
Elle
Although I’ve been at the L&M practice a short time, I’ve grown to appreciate the wonderful patient interactions and the joy of being a part of this great orthodontic family. As an assistant and marketing coordinator, I have the privilege of being a part of the beautiful transformations taking place in our patients’ smiles. As for the doctors, their passion is their profession, so the tone of the office is upbeat and always enjoyable. Outside of work, I devote a lot of time kickboxing, watching design shows, and traveling.
Kirsten
As of 2009, I’ve been a clinical assistant and Invisalign coordinator. My favorite part of my job is watching a smile progress. I enjoy the patient interaction and making them feel comfortable during their visit. I’m very grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team who cares about the health and happiness of our patients. My interests include horseback riding, yoga and exploring ethnic cuisines.
Lynn
Being a part of our practice since 1984 has given me the opportunity to be involved in both clinical and administrative positions. Over the years I have enjoyed being a part of each smile. Currently, as office manager, I enjoy getting to know our patients’ families. I have two daughters, Danielle and Kristen, who are both presently attending James Madison University. In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends.
Patty
Since 2000, I have had the great pleasure and honor of working for Drs. Luposello and Marzban as their treatment coordinator. I am responsible for getting new patients started in our office. I answer any questions they may have about our office or their treatment. I also schedule appointments and take care of the financial aspect of treatment. I love what I do and enjoy visiting with all of our patients. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dave, my children, Courtney, Lindsay, and Nick, son-in-law, Brian, granddaughter, Maddie, and last but not least, my golden doodle, Yankee.
Regbe
I have been part of the L&M Orthodontic family since 2006, as their clinical supervisor and trainer. It has been a pleasure and honor to be part of such a great team. I enjoy talking to all my patients and their parents. To be part of an office that is enhancing the quality of life of the children and adults who come to us is a great thing. When out of the office, I am with my wonderful husband of eight years, Robi, and my three beautiful children, Roni, Ream and Rihana.
Rovi
In 2007, I joined the L&M team as an orthodontic assistant. I also serve as the IT coordinator. I enjoy working with patients and being a part of their beautiful smiles. When I’m not in the office, I like traveling to the Phillippines to visit family and singing kareoke. I love being up to date with the latest technology and gadgets
