I grew up in McLean and, like many children, I had “buck teeth.” I attended Chesterbrook Elementary and the Flint Hill School. When I was a sophomore in high school, I met an orthodontist who changed my smile, my confidence, and eventually, my career path. He inspired me to help others have the smile of their dreams.
For college, I attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. I graduated with honors in Biochemistry. During my time at Trinity, I joined a sorority and developed a new appreciation for squash. My time at Trinity prepared me to live in Philadelphia and attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. I graduated with honors in Clinical Dentistry, but am most proud of the many smiles I was able to improve. I am currently in my final semester of three years of orthodontic specialty training at Columbia University.
In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, pickling, travel, and my 13lb rescue dog, also named Pickle!
